​Late Policy
We will do our best to accommodate you if time permits; however, if you arrive more than 10 minutes past your appointment time we may need to reschedule your appointment and you will be charged a cancellation fee. Please see our cancellation fee policy below.

No Show and Cancellation Fee Policy
​Quinn Aesthetics requires a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Any appointment that is cancelled or considered a no-show with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a cancellation fee. The cancellation fee amount varies depending on the treatment and the duration booked. The fee ranges from $50-$150.

Children
​Children are permitted to attend appointments. For safety reasons, and in order to protect the privacy of other patients, we request that your child(ren) stay with you during your appointment and be supervised at all times. If you have an appointment longer than 30 minutes, please consider bringing someone with you to help care for your child(ren).

Treatment Package Expiration Date 
​​All pre-purchased treatments and packages expire 1 year from the date of purchase. Quinn Aesthetics is not responsible for reminding patients of treatment expiration dates.

Our Rights
Quinn Aesthetics reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. For example, we will refuse service to patients who habitually cancel, no-show or act in a threatening or unprofessional way to our providers and/or staff members.
